About My Clients

Professionals and Millennials deserve to know they are perfectly enough in work and life. But with too many pressures, your true needs can get pushed aside and give way to anxiety, doubt, anger, and being ruled by "should." I've worked alongside people in their 20s and 30s at universities and nonprofits on three continents. I can help you live your whole authentic self with less stress. Reconnecting with your own wisdom in therapy gives you the power to stop comparing and define your own enough.

My Background and Approach

I create a warm, non-judging relationship for sharing your story and reflecting about what fulfills you. From my social work degree (think: psychology, social justice, systems of oppression) and working a decade with highly diverse clientele, including in the Middle East and East Africa, I strive to be culturally responsive and affirming for all my clients of color, in the LGBTQ+ community, and/or who hold other marginalized, intersecting identities. I offer Somatic Experiencing for trauma healing, mindfulness for anxiety, psychodynamic support for processing childhood hurts and grief, Health at Every Size for body image woes. Like you, I am a feeler– it makes sense that I do this work! I love working with emotions because they have so much to tell us about our needs and our life. If emotions or the darker depths of life are new territory for you, trust me: I’ve got your back and we’ll go slowly yet purposefully– where instead of floodgates, you glean relief and understanding.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

For years I have served to support the wellbeing and mental health of a hundreds of clients including those of marginalized identities. This includes a wide range of folx, from undergrad and graduate students to Denver community members to Arab/Muslim refugees. I believe therapy should be accessible (fiscally, physically, without shame) to all, as its empowering nature offers the healing and insight that helps us live our most whole lives.
