About My Clients
My ideal clients are often navigating life’s heaviest moments in isolation. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including young adults, single parents, and neurodivergent folks. Many carry the quiet weight of childhood trauma or emotional neglect and feel stuck in survival patterns like over-thinking or shutting down. I welcome anyone who feels a pull toward living more authentically but isn’t sure how to untangle the past from the present to find their way forward.
My Background and Approach
I believe healing happens when we address the whole person rather than just symptoms. My background is rooted in the understanding that past experiences often live in our bodies as survival patterns. I became a therapist to provide a secure and judgment-free sanctuary for those who feel alone in their journey. My experience includes working in community mental health and non-profits, where I dedicated my practice to serving underserved communities. I am trained in EMDR to help clients heal from the echoes of childhood trauma and neglect. My integrative approach also incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to help you regulate your nervous system. By using relational and somatic tools, we work to build body awareness and resilience. Whether we are untangling old wounds or aligning your choices with your values, my goal is to help you move beyond just getting by so you can live with true clarity and purpose.
