About My Clients
I work best with adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My ideal clients are individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, life transitions, or the long-term effects of trauma. Many come to me feeling disconnected from themselves, struggling with boundaries, relationships, or a sense of safety in the world. I also work well with clients who value self-reflection and want a therapist who is compassionate, direct, and honest.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with over ten years of experience in behavioral health. I earned my Master’s degree from Rosemont College and have worked across a range of clinical settings, which allows me to support clients with complex emotional and life challenges. My background in trauma-informed care helps clients feel safe while addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and the effects of chronic stress. I specialize in helping adults build insight, emotional regulation, and healthier relationship patterns. My approach is practical and collaborative, meaning clients leave sessions with tools they can use in daily life, not just insight. By combining clinical expertise with compassion and authenticity, I help clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they work toward meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe, respected, and fully seen. My work is grounded in values of compassion, autonomy, and empowerment, and I am deeply committed to trauma-informed, inclusive care. I support social justice–oriented and client-affirming practices and strive to create a therapeutic space that honors each person’s lived experience, identity, and strengths. I am especially passionate about advocating for individuals impacted by trauma, disability, and systemic barriers, and I approach my work with cultural humility and openness. Outside of the therapy space, I value authenticity, meaningful connection, and personal growth. I believe therapy should be collaborative rather than prescriptive, and that clients are the experts on their own lives. My goal is to walk alongside you as you heal, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned.
