My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, grief, and loss. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation, not a clinical interrogation. You set the pace, and I walk alongside you. I draw from a variety of therapeutic tools—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Compassionate Bereavement Therapy, Animal-Assisted Therapy, and mindfulness practices—so we can find what works best for you. Whether you need help calming your nervous system, processing painful memories, or simply finding a moment of peace, we’ll tailor our work to meet your needs.
