Despite your many successes professionally or personally, you feel like a failure. I have helped many like you work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and relationship issues. My Background and Approach
I start with a practical approach to help you to slow the pain, stress, burnout, lack of focus or motivation, irritability, or down mood you are experiencing that is impacting you as a professional, partner, parent, or friend. We learn and practice skills that you can use in your day-to-day life to have a better handle on your thoughts and feelings and increase your ability to show up as the person you want to be. We then look at patterns of behaviors, thoughts patterns, and (potentially) old wounds that are inhibiting you from creating lasting change. My practice is focused on those struggling with ADHD, Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and the things that go along with this such as substance misuse or questions about your life as it is or career. We parse out your questions and work to empower you to make the changes you need to find balance and happiness in your life.
