About My Clients
My clients are navigating the uncertainty of early adulthood—identity shifts, new independence, career changes, and relationship stress. They want support making sense of their emotions and building confidence in who they’re becoming. I help them understand their patterns, cope with overwhelm, and feel grounded during times of change.
My Background and Approach
My background centers on helping young adults, adults, and couples navigate the stress, uncertainty, and identity shifts that come with major life transitions. Whether you’re moving, starting a career, becoming a parent, or reworking important relationships, I offer a calm, steady space to sort through what’s changing. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented. We explore the patterns shaping your reactions and relationships, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and build skills that support confidence and clarity. Together, we create room to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move through transitions with more steadiness and self-trust.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Life transitions—whether moving, starting college, navigating relationships, becoming a parent, or rethinking your path—can stir up anxiety, self-doubt, and a sense of losing yourself. I don’t see these moments as signs that something is “wrong,” but as natural turning points that reveal where growth is asking to happen. I believe every person deserves a therapist who listens deeply, honors their story, and helps them reconnect with who they want to be. Healing is not about doing everything perfectly; it’s about feeling supported, gaining clarity, and building tools that make life feel more manageable. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that you already hold the insight you need—therapy simply helps you access it.
