About My Clients
I provide anxiety counseling, depression treatment, postpartum support, grief counseling, and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical — blending mindfulness, strengths-based techniques, coping skills, and direct feedback. Sessions feel real, not clinical. I use humor, offer encouragement, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't need to have it all figured out to reach out. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, postpartum struggles, a major life transition, or just a persistent sense that something needs to change, you deserve support. I'd be honored to be the therapist who walks alongside you. Reach out when you're ready.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You hold everything together for everyone else — yet underneath, you're exhausted, anxious, and disconnected from yourself. I work with adults, primarily women and LGBTQIA+ individuals, navigating anxiety, depression, panic attacks, postpartum mental health, infertility, grief, divorce, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and career transitions. Many clients come in struggling with perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and emotional burnout — ready for greater balance, healthier relationships, and a stronger, more grounded sense of self. Therapy can help you stop just surviving and start feeling like yourself again.
