About My Clients

For individuals: Struggling with confidence, minimizing your own struggles, or feeling like childhood experiences still have a hold on you? Let's unpack old stories, challenge patterns that no longer serve you, and excavate your inner baddie. For couples: Stuck in the same arguments, struggling to connect, or feeling like you're no longer on the same page? Let's explore the patterns keeping you stuck and find new ways to understand each other and reconnect.

My Background and Approach

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 13 years as a public school art teacher, where I learned the power of creativity, curiosity, and meeting people where they are. I bring that same spirit to therapy, helping clients explore the stories they carry, recognize patterns, and imagine new possibilities. My approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Collaborative practices. I am especially interested in relationships in all their forms, from romantic partnerships to family dynamics and the relationship you have with yourself. I strive to create a space that is inclusive, affirming, and free of judgment, where you can feel safe exploring the hard stuff, celebrating your strengths, and figuring out what comes next. You do not have to fit a mold or have all the right words. We can start wherever you are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and accepted for who they are. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, supportive of social justice, and passionate about creating spaces where people can show up authentically without having to fit someone else's expectations. I also provide drop-in services through a local organization supporting unhoused community members. At the heart of it all, I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves. We all deserve the chance to take up space, feel empowered, and create lives and relationships that feel true to who we are.
