My Background and Approach
As a trauma informed psychotherapist, who has worked with people for 20+ years and as a human impacted by trauma, I am passionate about teaching and learning how humans experience and heal from trauma. I work from a person centered approach, incorporating somatic work in my practice, all while keeping a focus on attachment patterns. Clients can look forward to experiencing talk therapy enhanced by psycho-education and somatic approach to healing. I really listen to each person and work with their individual needs, verses providing a cookie cutter approach to each client, in order to heal and move forward toward their goals.
