About My Clients
I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and Autism, and individuals exploring spiritual or religious concerns, including religious trauma. I welcome clients seeking a supportive, affirming space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in compassion. I believe healing happens within a supportive relationship where you feel seen, heard, and respected. I draw from ACT, DBT, and Coherence Therapy, along with somatic and mindfulness practices, to help us better understand your experiences and patterns. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what feels stuck, and what you want more of in your life. I aim to create a safe, inclusive space where your voice is central, therapy moves at your pace, and change feels meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with your values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it honors neurodiversity and respects the many ways people think, feel, and experience the world. You are not broken or deficient. Your nervous system and brain developed in ways that helped you survive and make sense of your experiences. My role is not to change who you are, but to support you in understanding yourself with greater compassion and clarity. I believe growth happens when we move away from judgment and toward acceptance, curiosity, and self-trust. Therapy can be a space to unlearn harmful messages, recognize your strengths, and build a life that works with your brain rather than against it.
