About My Clients
Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, unhealthy ways of coping, a challenging relationship, or loss of a sense of self that affects your day-to-day life, relationships, ability to function, your work, or schooling? Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, frustrated, or lost by the demands and pressures of life? Do you wonder if your life could be better? Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, uncertain, frustrated, and distressed about how to move on from past hurts.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where you can safely explore life's challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health and enjoy working with individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the transition to parenthood. I also work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, caregiver stress, and concerns related to cultural identity and belonging. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that every person's story is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual strengths, values, and goals. Together, we develop practical coping strategies, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and work toward healing.
