About My Clients

If you feel stuck, like therapy doesn’t work; If you are a military member, veteran, first responder, or their family members; If you need support transitioning into civilian life from active duty; If you’re struggling with attachment following trauma, you’re in the right place. I’m specialized and rarely see generalist clients outside of a case by case basis, but I am always willing to discuss it. I also do consultations for providers regarding combat trauma and military deprogramming.

My Background and Approach

Over the past decade, my focus has been honing my expertise in trauma therapy, particularly geared towards supporting military personnel, first responders, and their families. I’ve honed a direct and results-driven approach, understanding of the unique challenges faced by those in uniform. My method is straightforward and tailored to meet the demands of military culture—a no-nonsense attitude aimed at swiftly addressing underlying issues. With extensive experience working alongside service members in various global contexts, I’ve cultivated a toolbox of therapeutic techniques suited to the specific needs of this population. Understanding the relentless grip trauma can have on the mind and body, and those around us, my mission is to empower to reclaim control and find a path forward. While the journey through therapy is undoubtedly tough, it’s a strategic choice to confront adversity head-on, paving the way for profound personal growth and resilience

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
