About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who is ready to take the next step in their healing process. In order to heal a client has to be ready to have difficult conversations, be honest with themselves, and be open to trusting the process of therapy. When being open to trusting yourself and your therapist healing will become an easy step in your journey. In my practice, I work with teens and adults.
My Background and Approach
I have my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Stockton University. I have two years of experience working with teens and adults in an individual and group counseling environment. My treatment approaches are Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and an Eclectic approach pulling from other theories. I believe each client is unique so I will work with you to create goals and provide you with techniques and tools customed to meet your specific needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is important for me as a counselor to build trust and rapport with my clients. I will provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where we can explore your struggles and challenges. My goal as a counselor is to facilitate my clients healing and guide them through their life journeys.
