About My Clients
Currently offering pro bono (free) sessions! I work with sensitive souls and deep thinkers- often teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by the intensity of their inner world and long to feel more at home in their own skin. I tend to work well with individuals navigating identity exploration, existential and spiritual perplexities, chaotic patterns around food and body image, and depression.

I integrate existential, CBT, and somatic approaches to help you reconnect with your innate wisdom and create meaningful, sustainable change.
