About My Clients
My clients are often high-achieving adults and teens navigating OCD, anxiety, ADHD, relationship stress, or identity-related challenges. Many come to therapy after feeling dismissed elsewhere—seeking real tools, expert support, and a space where they can be fully seen. Whether you're overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, burnout, perfectionism, or past trauma, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Co-Founder of Aspire Psychotherapy, a boutique group practice based in New York and New Jersey. I specialize in evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, perfectionism, and LGBTQIA+ mental health. I draw from CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), psychodynamic therapy, and somatic techniques to support meaningful, lasting change. I’m also trained in neuropsychological testing and biofeedback, and often integrate these tools into treatment to help clients better understand and regulate their nervous systems. Whether you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, burnout, or identity-related stress, I offer a collaborative, affirming space where therapy is tailored to you. At Aspire, we match each client with a provider who truly fits—not just one who’s available. You deserve that level of care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer and nonbinary clinician, I am deeply committed to LGBTQIA+ affirming care—and to helping every client reclaim agency in their life and identity. I believe therapy should be a space where you’re not only supported, but empowered. Outside the therapy room, I’m passionate about advancing access to high-quality mental health care through supervision, clinical training, and policy work. I also write and speak publicly about gender diversity, trauma-informed care, and minority stress. On weekends, you’ll often find me at a hockey rink, playing goalie or coaching youth athletes. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, and I’m especially attuned to the intersections of race, gender, and sexuality in therapy. Therapy can be both rigorous and liberating. I’ll meet you there.
