My Background and Approach
I help clients heal from complex trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and explore their interests in kink/BDSM. You’ll learn to safely connect to with parts of you that have been avoided and suppressed, and support yourself in the ways you’ve always needed instead. We will rebuild your relationship with yourself and develop an unshakable confidence in your identity. My approach is warm, welcoming, and embraces all parts of you, even the ones who may not be thrilled about therapy or are feeling afraid to start. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps expand your understanding of how and why you feel, think, and act the way you do. IFS therapy comes with a radical shift in perspective that will allow you to achieve the deep, complete level of healing you're looking for by exploring the core of what is keeping you stuck, instead of only addressing the surface symptoms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone is capable of healing, and just need a safe place to do it. I provide a space where shame, grief, anger, and anything else you may bring to the table is met with compassion and acceptance. There is power in feeling truly seen and understood by another person.
