About My Clients

I have significant experience working at the individual and group level, serving adolescents, young adults, as well as adults. The majority of my client population has co-occurring disorders (i.e., mental health and substance use).

My Background and Approach

I am licensed as a Licensed Clinician Professional Counselor (LCPC)., I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). During my time obtaining my Master's degree, I focused my studies on addiction treatment. My undergraduate experience was at both an adolescent residential treatment center for males and females (14-18) and a probation department for adolescent males (12-18). The compassion I have is rooted in experiences and understanding. My approach primarily consists of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy. My goal for you is to have healthy coping skills to effectively manage and reduce the symptoms you may experience outside of the therapy session. Throughout your time in therapy, we will periodically review treatment goals to assess your progress and growth.
