I specialize in providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders including panic/phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and trauma responses. I also teach mindfulness and provide a safe, active listening space for processing anxiety symptoms and triggers.

I work with a variety of adolescent issues occurring in tweens and teenagers including but not limited to: peer pressure, school and extracurricular activity related stressors, relationship difficulties (with peers and family members), depression/anxiety symptoms, and life transitions.

I specialize in providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety conditions including: OCD, panic, phobias, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and trauma responses. I teach safety skills, mindfulness, and provide active listening to allow space for processing anxiety triggers and responses.

I work with adolescents and/or their families on a variety of issues including but not limited to: peer pressure, academic and extracurricular activity related stresses, life transitions, mood and anxiety symptoms, interpersonal difficulties (with peers and/or family members), and identity exploration.

Aside from therapy, I provide psychological assessments utilizing the therapeutic assessment model which is collaborative and strengths-based. I offer comprehensive testing, brief cognitive, brief personality, and ADHD evaluations in order to help you further explore different aspects of your experience. I provide concrete and solution-focused recommendations in order to best support your needs after the conclusion of testing.

I provide neurodiversity-affirmative, collaborative, and validating care. At this time, my practice offers both adult and child autism evaluations (either in-person or fully remote). I also offer individual therapy for autistic adults seeking support with social skills/communication, unmasking in a neurotypically-driven society, and work-life balance.
