About My Clients
I work with youth and adults from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing substance use concerns, life stressors, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are seeking support, structure, accountability, and practical strategies to help them regain balance and move forward with confidence.
My Background and Approach
I am a MS Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, TN, New Mexico LADAC, AZ LIAC and SAP professional with experience supporting individuals facing substance use, anxiety, depression, stress, and co-occurring challenges. My approach combines compassion with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered care. I strive to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and create meaningful change at their own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is possible when individuals are provided with a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Every person deserves compassionate care, accountability, and practical tools to help them move toward stability, growth, and long-term wellness without judgment.
