About My Clients

Whether you’re heading off to college, starting a new job, becoming a mom, or healing from a breakup, life transitions can leave you feeling anxious, unsure, or disconnected from yourself. I love working with young women who want to feel more confident, grounded, and at peace with where they are. I often support women navigating anxiety, OCD tendencies, burnout, relationships, and perinatal transitions. In our work together, you’ll have space to breathe, reflect, and feel truly seen.

My Background and Approach

I have been a counselor for almost 10 years as well as a supervisor for new counselors. I have worked a variety of settings including inpatient, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, school based and private practice. I have taken many trainings specifically on anxiety, as well as OCD. I am a person centered and relational therapist that prioritizes the relationship with my client and making them feel seen and heard.
