About My Clients
Bridget has over 5 years of experience ranging from in home to residential treatment. She specializes in working with folks experiencing challenges in older adulthood and health transitions whether that be a new diagnosis, experience of a recent accident, or providing care for a loved one. Furthermore, Bridget is skilled in working with a wide range of mental health experiences. She can assist in building coping skills, addressing challenges, and identifying our strengths.

Bridget understands that you cannot treat the person without reflecting on their environment in order to better understand barriers, worldview, and strengths. They recognize that everyone is the expert of their own lives and aims to collaborate with individuals to foster a space to connect with their own abilities. Bridget leads with curiosity, understanding, and most importantly, humor.
