About My Clients

My clients are often capable, caring, and hardworking people who have spent years meeting the needs of everyone else while putting their own well-being on hold. Many struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, chronic stress, or the feeling that they are constantly carrying more than they can manage. On the outside, they may appear successful and composed, but internally they feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

My Background and Approach

My background includes working with individuals, couples, teens, and young adults facing anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the effects of stress and trauma. Through this work, I've learned that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and challenged in a safe, authentic therapeutic relationship. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches while focusing on helping clients better understand themselves, identify unhelpful patterns, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting change. Whether we're addressing anxiety, strengthening relationships, navigating a difficult season, or working through deeper emotional wounds, I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change, even during life's most difficult seasons. I don't see clients as broken or needing to be fixed. Instead, I view therapy as a collaborative process of understanding your story, recognizing your strengths, and creating new possibilities for the future. I believe that self-awareness, healthy relationships, and emotional resilience are skills that can be developed, and that lasting change happens when insight is paired with intentional action. My role is to provide a supportive, honest, and compassionate space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
