I specialize in working with open-minded women who are struggling with feeling overwhelmed in order to help them put themselves first and be their authentic selves.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. I have had extensive training in behavioral therapies that I love to incorporate in creative ways in order to help you meet your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy can be a great tool and gift to all. I believe that mental health issues do not discriminate and that we can all work to better our selves. Often, we can trace our mental health issues back to unhelpful beliefs we learned about ourselves in childhood. With the right tools and insight, I believe anyone can change these beliefs in order to stop the cycle of generational trauma and live our best lives. I have very progressive beliefs, do not discriminate and offer a judgment free relationship. I believe in supporting causes that are near and dear to me, be that through time, donations or marches.
