My clients struggle when setting boundaries in personal, familial and professional relationships. They often feel as though a need for validation from others stops them from reaching their full potential.
My Background and Approach
Topics discussed each week are determined by the needs of the client, but include issues such as self image, healthy boundaries, changing relationships, intimacy, sex, career and workplace environments.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I support the LGBTQA community. I do not minimize the lived experience of marginalized people. I've been told that I am somewhat sarcastic, and will admit that humor and laughter does have a place in my practice.
