About My Clients
Everyday life can be so overwhelming, challenging, and beautiful. My Background and Approach
My certification in couples counseling, Level I Gottman Training, emphasizes my belief that working towards thriving relationships is indispensable. I am passionate about utilizing therapy that is mindfulness-based, skills-focused, and incorporates my client’s personal values. I completed and led a training on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and identify this as one of my main therapy styles along with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have received training in the work of Dr. Dr. Brené Brown and am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. Brown is known for her research on topics related to shame, vulnerability, belonging, and courage.
