About My Clients

I work well with adults living with and healing from trauma, eating disorders, substance use, and struggles related to self-esteem and self worth.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic orientation is client-centered, strength-based, holistic, and eclectic. I tailor my approach to you and your wants and/or needs. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of growth and healing. I strive to develop an open, safe, and trusting therapeutic relationship. I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches tailoring them to your needs. Trained in EMDR, I believe in the importance of the brain-body connection and practicing mindfulness in every day living. I am graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work MSW program and am licensed in Pennsylvania.
