About My Clients
My specialties include but are not limited to: ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma Neurodivergency, LGBTQIA+ topics, Trauma-based counseling, and other mood disorders/diagnoses. It isn't easy to start counseling and I want to congratulate you in taking the first step!
My Background and Approach
I believe that creating a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic environment is the best way to create and sustain positive change. I integrate several different therapeutic approaches and individualize them to a client's specific needs. Some of the therapeutic approaches I use are Gestalt, IFS, DBT, person-centered, and TF-CBT.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
From our first session, I work to create a calm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment for my clients. I will approach each session with an open and empathetic attitude. Through active listening, constructive challenge, and a non-judgmental approach, I work to foster understanding and create a supportive environment for growth and connection.
