About My Clients

I work best with children, teens, and adults who are looking for a supportive and understanding space to work through life’s challenges. My ideal clients are often navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral concerns, or emotional regulation issues. I have a special passion for helping children express themselves and build coping skills through developmentally appropriate, engaging telehealth sessions. For teens, I provide a judgment-free space to explore identity, relationship

My Background and Approach

I specialize in helping children manage anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns using evidence-based approaches tailored to each child’s developmental stage—all delivered through a secure and engaging telehealth platform. My experience also extends to working with teens facing academic pressures, identity exploration, mood disorders, and social challenges. With adults, I focus on supporting mental wellness through life transitions, stress, anxiety, and healing from past trauma. Clients often tell me they feel seen, heard, and understood in our sessions. I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where we can build trust and work together toward meaningful change. My goal is to empower clients of all ages with the tools and confidence to navigate life’s ups and downs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in equity, inclusion, and the power of human connection. I’m passionate about creating a therapeutic space that is affirming, nonjudgmental, and welcoming to people of all identities and backgrounds. I actively support movements such as Black Lives Matter and LGBTQ+ rights, and I strive to make my practice a safe, inclusive place where every voice is heard and valued. I believe mental health care should be accessible and culturally sensitive, and I’m committed to ongoing learning to better support my clients and the communities I serve. Outside of my clinical work, I’m involved in local community outreach efforts and advocate for mental health awareness, especially in underserved populations. I also enjoy spending time in nature, supporting animal welfare causes, and finding small moments of joy and mindfulness in everyday life. My hope is that clients feel empowered not only in our sessions but also in their communities and personal lives. I
