About My Clients
I primarily work with adult women and parents navigating a variety of life challenges. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and people of color, offering an affirming space where all identities and stories are welcomed and supported.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor. My therapeutic style is warm and person-centered. I believe the healing happens through awareness, connection, and compassion. I value honoring identity and empowerment as a part of the therapeutic journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to providing therapy that fully affirms LGBTQ+ identities. I aim to practice with cultural humility and operate from a feminist framework. My clients' identities are important for me to honor in the therapeutic process.
