About My Clients
I have experience working with children, teens, and families with a variety of needs in individual and group settings. My experience working with youth in outpatient, residential, and school settings has driven my passion for working with children with both behavioral and mental health concerns.
My Background and Approach
I believe in using a trauma- informed, strengths-based approach, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. I am here to help build on your child’s and family’s unique strengths and skill sets to help find solutions to challenges currently being faced.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My hope is that through therapy youth and their families will develop new skills and perspectives to improve their relationships, motivation, academic achievement, communication skills, and self-esteem. I am honored to have the opportunity to work alongside youth and their families to help them achieve their goals.
