About My Clients
My clients often feel constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change. They may struggle to trust, feel safe in relationships, set boundaries, or relax even when things are going well. Many have spent years putting others first or staying strong for everyone else. Together, we work to heal old wounds, calm the inner alarm, and build a deeper sense of safety, connection, and trust in themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in parts work, inner child healing, and somatic trauma therapy. Through training with a specialist in somatic trauma work, along with training in Brainspotting and other body-based techniques, I help clients move beyond understanding their patterns intellectually to experiencing meaningful change in their bodies and relationships. I integrate nervous system regulation, relational therapy, and body-centered approaches to help you reconnect with yourself, process old wounds, and develop a deeper sense of safety. Therapy with me is collaborative and human. We make space for the hard moments, the laughter, and the tears, building a relationship where you can feel seen and supported. My goal is to help you create lasting change that you don't just understand in your mind, but actually feel in your body, relationships, and everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My Path to This Work My journey into somatic therapy began through my own search for safety. For years, I tried to think my way out of anxiety and emotional overwhelm. What I eventually discovered was that healing wasn’t about analyzing harder — it was about learning to feel safe in my body. Through somatic work, I experienced what it truly means to regulate, soften, and reconnect. That experience reshaped my understanding of healing — and it informs every session I hold today.
