Inclusion is imperative in our healing process. My Background and Approach
I have been trained in several different modalities to effectively deal with mood disturbances, trauma, and anxiety. I utilize EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy most frequently.
