About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and OCD who are ready for meaningful change. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of worry, overwhelm, or intrusive thoughts and are looking for practical tools alongside compassionate support. They are often motivated, insightful, and seeking a space where they can feel understood while building skills to move forward.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and 5 years providing individual psychotherapy. I specialize in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and related compulsive behaviors, and I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), to support meaningful and lasting change. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. I collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Using ERP and evidence-based approaches, I help my clients find ways to reduce anxiety and compulsions while building resilience and supporting values-driven change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am deeply committed to helping clients make measurable progress toward their goals. Working with me means having a therapist who is engaged, intentional, and invested in your growth—someone who will support you while also guiding you toward meaningful, sustainable change. I approach my work through a trauma-informed, affirming lens that prioritizes your sense of safety, autonomy, and trust throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where all parts of your identity are respected and valued, including providing LGBTQ+ affirming care where you can feel fully seen and supported.
