My Background and Approach
I strive to create a safe place for individuals to come and share their experience with Grief/Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions & Caregiving. I integrate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) & Person-Centered Therapy throughout the counseling process but may use various theories of therapy to best serve you and your situation. My experience includes working as a Grief Counselor & Support Group Coordinator at a hospice organization-where I was able to support many individuals coping with the significant journey of grief.
