About My Clients
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Maybe anxiety keeps you up at night, depression leaves you drained, or relationships feel more stressful than supportive. If you’re a teen trying to figure out who you are, a young adult navigating life transitions, or a mom feeling pulled in every direction, I want you to know there’s space here for you. In our online therapy sessions, you’ll have the chance to process, heal, and find tools to move forward with balance and confidence.
My Background and Approach
I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2015 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2019 after earning my master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University. I also hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), which allows me to provide specialized support for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. My experience includes helping teens, adults, and mothers manage anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I believe healing happens at your pace, not mine. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down and build practical tools you can use daily to find relief and balance. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, while also incorporating person-centered and solution-focused techniques. My goal is for you to feel seen, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is a space where people can feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I value compassion, honesty, and collaboration, and I see myself as a guide rather than an expert telling you what to do. Becoming a mom myself has shaped my passion for supporting other mothers and I deeply believe that no one should have to go through pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting challenges alone. Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a wife, mom of two, and dog mama. I find joy in running, strong coffee, live music, making charcuterie boards that never quite fit everything, and family vacations. I believe balance is important and that caring for our mental health is just as essential as caring for our physical health.
