You may get school, work, or sports performance anxiety, or maybe you cognitively know you're worthy and safe, but don't feel it.
My Background and Approach
You may have tried therapy before, read all of the books, and still find yourself not feeling better. You may have experienced trauma, anxiety, or grief to the point where it's overwhelming and negatively impacting your life. You may get school, work, or sports performance anxiety, or maybe you cognitively know you're worthy and safe, but don't feel it. As a certified EMDR therapist, I work from a trauma-informed and somatic lens to address the integration and healing of mind, body, and spirit. As a trauma-informed yoga and breathwork teacher, I utilize somatic practices to work through the present symptoms and triggers as ways to ground and release emotional pain. I also offer reiki, an energy practice as a part of somatic work. I offer EMDR intensives (anywhere from 3 to 6 hours) for those who don't have time for the traditional session. I’ve been honored to hold healing space for clients walking through many challenges for the last 8 years.
