About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and young adults across Florida who are navigating challenges like anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and behavioral concerns. My clients and their families are seeking compassionate, expert support that’s personalized, flexible, and rooted in trust. Whether facing a new diagnosis, emotional struggles, or developmental concerns, I provide care that meets them where they are—virtually—offering guidance, treatment, and hope along the way.
My Background and Approach
I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for supporting the mental health of children, adolescents, and young adults. With a background in both primary care and psychiatry, I bring a unique, integrative perspective to every session. My approach is modern, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based care. I take time to understand each client’s story and develop personalized treatment plans that fit their needs and family values. Whether it’s managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, or behavioral concerns, I work collaboratively with families to support long-term wellness. I also incorporate holistic strategies—such as lifestyle modifications, functional insights, and therapeutic collaboration—when appropriate. I founded NextGen Integrative Psychiatry to increase access to high-quality mental health care across Florida and to offer a supportive space where young people feel heard, empowered, and equipped to thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every child, teen, and young adult deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. Mental health care should be compassionate, personalized, and rooted in trust. I value the power of listening, connection, and working alongside families to create lasting change. I’m passionate about reducing stigma, promoting emotional wellness, and helping the next generation thrive through integrative and evidence-based care. As a Florida native, wife, and mom of two, I understand firsthand the challenges families face and the importance of accessible, flexible care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports, staying active, and deepening my faith and community connections. My personal and professional experiences shape my approach—warm, real, and deeply committed to the well-being of every child and family I serve.
