About My Clients
I am passionate about helping people with a variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, adjustment issues, attention difficulties, and challenging behaviors. I work with children as young as 6 years of age as well as with teenagers and adults.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy, integrating problem solving, processing, behavior modification, and/or psychoeducation as needed. I look forward to offering you individual therapy, parent training, and/or psychological evaluations to assist you in tackling these difficulties and gaining or regaining the fulfilling life you deserve.
