I am patient, understanding, and creative. I enjoy using expressive arts, imaginative work, and dream work to help my clients translate their presenting issues into something more tangible, allowing them to better understand their problems and implement concrete changes. I utilize internal family systems (looking at the different parts of ourselves), cognitive behavioral therapy (how to view the world with a different perspective), and mindfulness techniques to help guide my practice. Additionally, I am fascinated by depth psychology and how archetypes play into how we live. I have a sand tray in my office to help us look into your story. We can also play with tarot cards to gain an understanding of your present state of being.

I appreciate a non-pathological approach to therapy, with the understanding that each individual has a unique background and the capacity to transform their future. I have a background in utilizing the arts to give my clients a more tangible look into their psyche in order to find a path towards healing. As a therapist, I respect each individual’s diversity, and I recognize each person comes from a unique and complex background that makes them who they are. I work well with clients who identify as artistic, alternative, LGBTQ and polyamorous, and I strive to hold a safe and comfortable space for everyone.
