About My Clients
I work with adult individual clients and couples, ages 18 who are seeking support in navigating concerns related to identity exploration, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I'm particularly passionate about working with people who are open to co-creating their care with creativity, slowness, and self-compassion.
