My Background and Approach
A prescriber with a collaborative approach to medication management and therapy. Brian ensures all clients are provided a thorough review of new or prescribed medication and how they work specifically for their symptoms. Brian also makes sure to provide alternative solutions to medication treatment with a holistic approach. While implementing a supportive and non-judgmental environment, Brian does his best so clients can walk away with a sense of clarity, direction and confidence they may not have had before. He has supported clients struggling with ADHD, trauma-based disorders, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, stress management, depression, and anxiety-based disorders. He completed his undergraduate nursing degree at University at Buffalo and obtained his masters at the D'Youville College. He is currently working on his doctorate at University at Buffalo. His clinical experience has included work in inpatient hospitalization, outpatient treatment, and rehabilitation and detox.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has ability to change and grow. Personal growth and the ability to change are fundamental aspects of our human experience. Believing in our capacity to evolve is a powerful catalyst for transformation. It's an acknowledgment that we are not static beings, but rather dynamic individuals capable of profound change. This journey of self-improvement challenges us to confront our deepest fears, question long-held assumptions, and step out of our comfort zones. It involves a continuous process of learning, unlearning, and relearning. The beauty of personal growth lies in the realization that every experience, be it success or failure, acts as a stepping stone towards a better version of ourselves. Embracing change is embracing growth; it's a testament to our resilience and adaptability as humans. To grow is to change, and to change is to live fully, constantly exploring the depths of our potential and reshaping our destiny with every choice we make.
