My Background and Approach
I believe everyone has the power and ability to grow. However, as we go through life, our experiences can lead to many different emotions and difficult challenges. From past conflicts to present-day concerns, trauma and addiction, each can be difficult to address, especially if we don't know how or where to start. I utilize an evidence-based psychotherapeutic approach to counseling to provide clients with a positive outcome during our time together. Through practical exercises, you can better understand how your past may influence your present behavior and discover possible positive changes for the future. Therapy helps you address addiction, trauma, depression and other issues negatively affecting your mental health. By engaging in this process and being open to change, you can overcome these challenges and begin to live your best life. My passion lies in helping individuals tap into their inner strength to conquer life's challenges. I primarily provide online therapy.
