My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles, working with adults and couples of all backgrounds who want to feel more grounded, connected, and whole. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices to help clients move through stuck patterns and into greater self-trust. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical—I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you connect the dots. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in creative industries, so I understand the pressures of high-achieving environments. Whether you're dealing with identity, trauma, burnout, or a transition, I meet you with curiosity and care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer Latinx therapist, my work is rooted in values of justice, affirmation, and deep listening. I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are welcome—your culture, your queerness (or not), your sensitivity, your questions. I’m especially passionate about serving people who have felt like outsiders: folks navigating multiple identities, life transitions, or generational baggage. I’m inspired by liberation psychology, community healing, and the power of reclaiming joy. I also believe in showing up with realness and humanity—because healing doesn’t always have to feel clinical.
