About My Clients

You might feel anxious, depressed, disconnected, or overwhelmed—unsure how to move forward. I help people who are tired of feeling stuck start to heal and find relief. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build on your inner strengths, and help you reconnect with a greater sense of peace, clarity, and purpose.

My Background and Approach

I’ve always been deeply curious about what truly helps people move through pain and toward healing. That curiosity has guided my work for over 16 years and led me to study a wide range of approaches, always asking the same core question: What actually helps someone feel better and live more fully? I believe that we are wounded through experience—and we are also healed through experience. That means therapy should be more than just talking; it should offer powerful, transformational moments that help you feel, respond, and live differently. To support that process, I draw from a range of evidence-based practices including EMDR, CBT, DBT, hypnotherapy, and parts work. These methods allow us to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. At the same time, I place a strong emphasis on creating a therapeutic relationship rooted in safety, compassion, and respect.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing is not just possible—it’s natural, given the right conditions. We all carry the capacity for growth and change, even if it feels buried beneath years of pain, trauma, or anxiety. At the core of my work is the belief that symptoms are not signs of brokenness, but signals—your mind and body trying to adapt, protect, or communicate something important. I don’t view people through a lens of pathology. I see people who are doing their best, often with little support, to survive what life has handed them. I believe therapy should be an empowering experience. That means honoring your inner wisdom, offering tools and perspectives when needed, and creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore, express, and heal. I believe that we heal in relationship—through connection, trust, and a sense of being truly seen and heard. Ultimately, I believe in transformation—not in a magical way, but in the quiet power of consistent care, presence, and the right therapeutic fit.
