About My Clients
I offer an open and nonjudgemental space to work through whatever my clients may want to explore. Within the safe container of a caring therapeutic relationship all topics can be investigated, including but not limited to; relational issues, traumatic events, childhood memories, sexual orientation/expression, gender, addiction, depression, anxiety, regret, existential dread, suicide, financial worry, self-esteem, self-image, kink, love, happiness, relationship to food, etc.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style works within the frame of the therapeutic relationship to repair ruptures caused by past trauma that was not met in an attuned manner. Therapy is all about the relationship between therapist and client. Cultivating a safe, curious, and explorative space is my number one priority. I work from a Depth and Relational Psychology perspective while integrating knowledge from neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Ecotherapy, DBT, and Family Systems Theory.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the healing property of relationship. Relationships include the therapeutic relationship but also encompass family, social network, friendships, romantic partners, and relation to our surroundings (the land and nature we live among).
