About My Clients

I have worked with a wide ranging array of clients who have survived issues including anxiety, self-image issues, trauma, addiction, and racial injustice. It is my job to provide the space and the tools you need to empower yourself to move from surviving to thriving. Feel free to contact me using the scheduling calendar listed below, or call me at (267) 587-7324 to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

My Background and Approach

My approach is grounded in a person-centered relationship style. I am informed by feminist and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral counseling techniques which seek to put you in the driver’s seat of healing and growth. I can help you to understand and address what’s happening internally as you cope with symptoms including panic attacks, substance cravings and feelings of negative self-worth. My goal, and my job, is to empower you to tackle and overcome these issues together. I became a licensed professional counselor ( LPC) in 2020, and have been NCC credentialed since 2017.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that the journey of healing starts with establishing a safe and trusting relationship. As such, I have traditionally worked with under-served members of my community. I believe and know that Black Lives Matter and am very supportive of the LGBTQ + community.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
