About My Clients
I specialize in helping professionals, first responders, athletes, and other goal-driven individuals facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and stress. My ideal clients seek a holistic, integrative approach to mental health, value resilience, and are ready to go beyond symptom relief to achieve sustainable change. I work with adults striving for clarity, focus, and personal growth while addressing the mind-body-brain connection.
My Background and Approach
I am an Osteopathic Psychiatrist with over a decade of experience helping individuals achieve resilience and balance through a whole-person approach. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University and completed specialized training in adult psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My expertise includes Integrative Psychiatry, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), Nutritional Psychiatry, and Mindfulness-Based Practices. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and stress, utilizing tools such as plant-based medicine, gut microbiome testing, and nutraceuticals to tailor care to individual needs. My focus is on creating meaningful, lasting change through personalized, evidence-based treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe true progress in mental health goes beyond symptom relief—it’s about building resilience and leveraging inherent strengths. At MindForge Psychiatry, I use a whole-person approach, combining Integrative Psychiatry, Mindfulness, and OMM to help clients achieve clarity, focus, and balance. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that the mind, body, and spirit are inseparable, and I empower clients to harness their capacity for change. I value personal growth, resilience, and the human potential to transform challenges into opportunities for progress. Outside of my practice, I’m deeply inspired by Stoic philosophy, Zen meditation, and the power of mindfulness, which inform my therapeutic approach.
