I believe that good therapy is collaborative As a queer individual myself, I am confident in my ability to provide meaningful services and support in LGBTQ matters. I also specialize in neurodivergent issues. My approach draws from mindfulness, meditation, somatic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I understand that reaching out can be daunting. I am here to be a resource for you on your journey. Together, we will explore your inner truth and discover your authentic, wonderful self. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has a right to adequate therapy. I believe that therapy shouldn't be out of reach. I believe that all humans deserve peace, dignity, respect, belonging, and community. I seek to encourage clients to create the same in their life.
