About My Clients
I specialize in counseling males through phase of life transitions from navigating adolescence to the last third of life. These include launching into independent living, job and career navigation, relationships and marriage, separation and divorce, nuclear and blended families, parenting and empty nesting. Collaterally I also work with all individuals, couples and families deal with anxiety, depression, stress and conflict and communication.
My Background and Approach
No two therapy clients or situations are exactly alike. I’m eclectic in my approach. Incorporating your background and helping you work toward achieving your goals for improvement is important. Allow me to help you. I draw from several sources of knowledge, skill and expertise to help you in your situation that brings you to therapy. I have professional education in counseling, life coaching and spiritual development. Together with client’s and their families, I have learned much about more successfully managing life’s changes. As a results-oriented and caring therapist, I will work together with you to overcome the challenges you experience, so that you can feel happier within yourself, and with others. I address issues such as depression, anxiety, couple conflict and non traditional families including post divorce adjustment, and step family issues. Within you is potential to be all you can be that yearns to be set free so you develop into the full person you choose to be within your capacity and callings in life. I feel that everyone should get a fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone should play by the same rules. I believe that everyone deserves a their fair share to build this life through education and hard work and through active participation in public life. And I believe that everyone should play by the same set of rules with no special privileges for the well-connected or wealthy.
