I am a level 2 Gottman trained therapist and I am here to help get your marriage or relationship back on track. I enjoy empowering couples to use the tools I give them to become stronger couples. We learn ways to better communicate in the relationship and ways to meet the needs of each individual in the relationship.

Often loved ones do not understand our illness and we are not sure how to handle things on our own. Teens can be very complicated individuals. They are trying to find out who they are while expressing their autonomy. I enjoy working with teens and helping them through the difficulties they may be having in life. I have 25 years of experience working with teens and am here to help.

Can that be brought back? With the proper tools and techniques, we can look at your relationship and try to bring it back to a safe place to be.

You are the expert in your life. You know yourself better than anyone else. This form of therapy is usually integrated into an "Eclectic" form of therapy. The goal of this therapy is to understand yourself better, why you function the way you do, and work towards answers of healing and dealing with issues in your life.

Our brain is a very powerful mechanism. It knows what is going on around us whether we are conscious of it or not. In CBT we explore your thoughts and feelings and try to understand why they are there. We also look at alternative ways of thinking and perceiving our lives. Some of our thoughts are on the unconscious level which can lead us to have anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. These issues seem like they are coming from nowhere, but are actually needed to be brought to the surface.
